How can I request a quote?
There are two ways to do so: You can send us an email to comercial@cashmeredecoracion.com through the website (hyperlink to the request).

If I place an order with you via email, what do you need to know?
Whether you place an order with us or request a quote:
  • Tax information
  • Day(s) of use
  • Delivery and collection days
  • Location of the event, as well as access to it.

I am having a dinner at home and there are only a few of us, can I still rent material?
Of course! All events are important, whether it is a dinner for 20 or 1,000 people.

I have already received my quote, what exactly does it include?
The quote includes the requested material and transport, as long as we have a location and access to the space. The price of transport does not include the assembly of the material, if necessary it would be requested separately. However, if you wish, you can come to our facilities in San Martín de Valdeiglesias to pick it up, in this case this item would be eliminated.

And if I want to confirm it, how can I do it?
To confirm and formalize the reservation of the material, we would need you to send us proof of payment with 50% of the budget for the material and 100% of the deposit. Up to 10 days before the date of the event, you can make the appropriate changes to the amount and pay the remainder.

Deposit? What is that?
The deposit is a deposit for losses and breakages. It is not part of the material budget.

I am getting married on Saturday, when can you deliver the material?
To make it easier and save costs for our clients, when the event is during the weekend, it can be delivered throughout the week so that they can carry out the assembly in time, as well as pick it up from Monday so that it does not entail an additional cost.

I do not live in Madrid, can you still provide the material?
Of course, we can reach any part of the peninsula, for islands please check the price separately.

I live on a fifth floor without a lift, can you still deliver the material to me?
Yes, but it will entail an additional cost and you will have to notify us when placing the order.

If any material is broken/lost/damaged, what happens?
It will be deducted from the deposit, and you can keep the product if it is damaged or deteriorated.

How do you deliver and how do I have to return the furniture to you?
The order is delivered packed, stacked and/or palletised. At the time of collection the material must be in the same way so that it does not entail an additional cost.

I need household items, how do I have to return the material?
The material is returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. It can be returned dirty, but without traces of food and/or drink on it.

Payment method
Payments are always made by bank transfer. Cash or card payments are not accepted.
